• Registration is free.
• Advance Full payment of the class/training is required before the start of the class. We accept payment by cash, cheque and bank transfer.
• Books and materials will be purchased separately for an additional cost
• Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be submitted and received at least 24hours before the start of your class time.
• Cancellation should be in written to () or via what’s App sales@octussystems.com
• Learner will not directly or indirectly recruit any trainer of Octus Mindz Training
all transactions about the class/course should be made between the learner and training coordinator only.
• Hours valid for 6 month-can be freezed during traveling (No Deduction)
• Validity- 30 hrs should be completed in 6 months unless the learner notifies Octus they are travelling and to freeze the hrs . confirmation to be sent in email and no verbal communication
• 10 to 15 hrs span of 3 months maximum unless the learner notifies Octus they are travelling and to freeze the hrs . confirmation to be sent in email and no verbal communication
• No refund will be given at any point unless Octus decides to stop the classes or Octus doesn’t provide a replacement teacher
• In case of refund 25 % charge will be withheld by Octus and balance will be refunded ,VAT charges will not be refunded
• Booking hours, Teacher will be committed to complete the hours unless
